| 10. | In the event the company should be unable to borrow such additional funds on terms that are commercially reasonable in the opinion of the manager , each of the members will advance the company that portion of the required funds as is equivalent to his / her / its percentage interest in the form of an additional capital contribution in cleared funds
如果根据经理的意见，公司在合理的商务期限内不能借入这笔附加的资金，则每一位员工应依照他/她/它的相应股份的百分比，按结算基金以附加资金捐款形式预付给公司其要求投资的部分。 |
